-Establishing DueDiligence in all aspects of business, going beyond the legal , fiscal and financial aspects to understand business processes , organizational structure and the people who are part of it , market opportunities and risk factors .
-Strengthening the financial structure and corporate assets before the investment fund, the result of diagnosis that is generated in the DueDiligence .
-Establishing and participating in corporate governance.
-Assuming certain Functional Directions, when business needs are justified, or where there are synergies with the group of companies operated by the Fund such as in financial management, treasury, information systems, control structures, etc. .
-Establish systems of management and strategic control; while maintaining an efficient and low cost, according to the characteristics of the agrobusiness sector structure.
